Welcome to the Queen City March Madness! 

We are excited to have you join us this weekend. Please see below for some reminders and rules during this tournament. 

Location: Betty and Bobby Allison Sportstown- 209 Airport BLVD Springfield, MO 65802

Facility: No Outside Food or Coolers are allowed in the gym. There will be a full-service concession stand throughout the tournament. 

No warming up/ball handling in the walkway, or between courts. There will be bleachers for spectators. Outside chairs may be brought in, but cannot be set up in playable areas.  

Warm-up balls will not be provided.  

Entry: Cost for all spectators 11&Up is $6 (10 & under are free). We are a cash-only entry. DOORS WILL NOT OPEN UNTIL 7 AM

Spectators: We ask that all spectators remain respectful to players, coaches, opponents, other spectators, officials, and facility staff at all times. Failure to do so may result in removal from the tournament. 

Check In: Coaches will check in with the tournament director at the end of the front desk lobby upon arrival. Coaches must have proof of current and eligible membership, along with their coaching credentials. (If you have not received your credentials yet you will need to show proof of membership, and you'll be issued a single-day credential by the tournament director) 

Coaches will need to sign and confirm that the players listed on their roster are current. If a coach needs to add a player, they will need to have the player's current HOA/USAV ID number. 

*There will be no coaches meeting following the initial check-in

  1. The coach of the officiating team in the 15's and older divisions must be either the R1, R2, or Official Scorekeeper in every set or a 5-point penalty will be assessed for both sets of your next match. 
  2. In all groups 14 and younger, either the head coach or an adult assistant coach MUST be the R1
  3. Teams will remain on the side that they begin play on for the entirety of the match unless an unfair advantage for one side is present. 

Awards: Medals will be awarded to the winners and runner up of all Gold brackets, as well as the winners of silver brackets. 

*QR Codes will be posted throughout the facility. Spectators can scan for access to current tournament results.
