Doors open at 7:30am coaches check in table at T-shirt stand

Coaches make sure Rosters are correct and complete. Coaches Credentials must be worn at all times to be on the bench. Please be prepared to show ID when arriving to check in.  quick coaches meeting at 7:40am in the middle of the gym. 

First teams to ref Please arrive by 7:30 to make sure the court is ready to run on time. captains need to be called at 7:45 and  start warm ups right after. 

Warm ups start proptley at 7:45   2 minutes ball handling shared on teams sides. we will follow the 2-4-4 until all teams have played one set then we will move to 1-3-3 on warm ups. when your match is over next reffing team be ready to take over and call captains immidiatly so we can keep the day moving.

To pay online venmo accepted @holden-jrs and put in the comments the date, tournament, team and division you are paying for. Bulk payments are allowed but please make sure the proper details are included. If this information is omitted, it may delay your approval.

Many of the tournament specifics are subject to change. We will post updates, as information is available, in the weeks leading to the tournament. If we need to late start or cancel tournament due to weather that decision will be made the day before event.  We look forward to a great season!

 Tshirt stand available along with great meal choices from the concessoin stand. No outside food may be brought into the school. Form of payment is cash, venmo, credit card at concessoin stand.

All teams advance to playoffs in either gold or silver bracket all teams will be required to ref per HOA regulations.
