=         Tournament information: 

• Doors will open at 7:15pm
• Please enter in the side of building (there will be signs) 
• Coachs please go to the registration table upon entering building to sign paperwork. The table will be located in MAIN gym. There will be a coaches meeting at 7:40 at same table area.
• Concessions will be available with the normal concession food: hotdogs, soda, nachos, popcorn, chips, candy. 
• Camp area will be above the MAIN gym area. Pleaes keep food and drinks in this area
• NO OUTSIDE FOLDING CHAIRS ALLOWED. Can bring stadium chairs.  
• Outside food is ok to bring in just please make sure to clean up around yourselves 
• Due to limited space in AUX gym we ask that each team this is not currently playing move off the bleachers and can go into tht main gym or the camp area and hang out so that each team's parents can have enough room to see their player play.  
• Absolutley no camping in AUX gym there is not enough room  

Warm ups: First match of the day- 2 mins ball handling, each team on their side of the net. After that there will be 4 minutes court time for the serving team, followed by 4 minutes court time for the receiving team. After the first two matches please change to 1 min warm up followed by 3 min each side warm ups. Coaches please help us stay on schedule. In the age group 14 and under Head or Assistant Coach must be R1. In the age group 15 and older Head coach must be R1, R2, or score books. We will be walking around to make sure this is happening at each court, so please make sure coaches are where they need to be. 

Pool Play: Games start 4-4 played to 25 points, no cap. Score sheets will be labeled for each pool play match so please make sure you grab correct sheet. 

Playoffs:  5 team pool- top 3 teams advance to single elimination playoff and awards will be given to 1rst and 2nd place teams. 4 team pool-all teams advance to single elimination playoff and awards will be given to 1rst and 2nd place teams. During playoffs the loosing team is required to officiate the following match.
