Doors will open at 7:30am for Players, Parents, & Spectators

Check-In: Coaches can enter at 7:00am, please check-in upon arrival at the tournament desk. There will be no official coaches meeting.

Make sure your roster is correct and complete.  

All players listed on the tournament entry form must be registered with HOA.

Coaches Credentials: Coaches must wear their credentials during matches. Please be prepared to show your HOA credentials at check-in. If you do not have credentials, you won't be able to sit on the bench.

First Team to Ref: Please arrive by 7:30 a.m. to make sure net height is correct and all supplies are at the score table.  Call for captains at 7:45 a.m. and then start warm-ups.  Play starts promptly at 8:00 a.m.

Warm-Ups: Warm-Ups start immediately after the end of the previous match.  2 minutes ball handling, each team on their side of the net. After that, there will be 4 minutes court time for the Serving team, followed by 4 minutes court time for the Receiving team. Tournament Directors reserve the right to change warm-up times.

Camp Area: Teams can camp in the classrooms to the right when you enter the facility. Each team has access to ONE table. Please keep clean and throw away your trash.

Concessions: A full concession stand will be available from 8am-3pm. CASHLESS. Debit/credit cards and Venmo (@elitevbcs2008) are accepted. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED.

Seating: Plenty of chairs will be provided for all courts. Outdoor chairs are permitted ONLY on courts 1 and 3. Due to limited space, outdoor chairs are NOT allowed on courts 2 and 4. Spectators are NOT allowed to sit on the back benches at the ends of courts 2 and 3, as these are serving zones for players. If spectators refuse to move from restricted seating areas after being asked, please notify the Tournament Director for assistance. Please be courteous and leave courts 2 and 4 when your team is not playing.
