Any changes made after 9:00 p.m. on Friday will be sent directly to each Director/Coach by email and phone. Weather Policy: If the tournament needs to be canceled, Directors/Coaches will be contacted by 9:00 PM the night before the tournament. If there is snow on the ground, the north entrance brick road from 4th street will be closed. You will need to use the South 4th street entrance or the Hughes Street entrances. Check-In: Coaches please check-in upon arrival at the tournament desk. There will be no official coaches meeting.
Coaches Credentials: Coaches must wear their credentials during matches. Please be prepared to show your HOA credentials at check-in. If you do not have credentials you won't be able to sit on the bench First Team to Ref: Please arrive by 1:30 p.m. to make sure net height is correct and all supplies are at the score table. Call for captains at 1:45 p.m. and then start warm-ups. Play starts promptly at 2:00 p.m. Warm-Ups: Warm-Ups start immediately after the end of the previous match. 2 minutes ball handling, each team on their side of the net. After that, there will be 4 minutes court time for the Serving team, followed by 4 minutes court time for the Receiving team. Tournament Directors reserve the right to change warm-up times. Camp Area: Teams can camp on the track above the court. Please keep clean and throw away your trash. There is plenty of seating in bleachers for spectators. Concessions: A full concession stand will be available. All concessions proceeds go to USM Volleyball Team |
