Welcome to the Club Phoenix-ROMO St. Pat's Showdown! 

We are excited to have you join us this weekend. Please see below for some reminders and rules during this tournament. 

Location:       12's - Rolla Junior High School, 1360 Soest Rd, Rolla, MO 65401

                      13's - Rolla High School Fieldhouse, 900 Bulldog Run, Rolla, MO 65401

Doors will open at 7:30am.  

Facility: No Outside Food or Coolers are allowed in the gym. There will be a full-service concession stand throughout the tournament. 

No warming up/ball handling in the walkway, or between courts.

There will be bleachers for spectators in the RHS Fieldhouse and main gym in the Junior High.  

**Outside chairs are allowed if your teams are playing in the back gym of the Junior High.  Please ask if you are not sure which gym your team will be in. Chairs cannot be set up in playable areas.  

Warm-up balls will not be provided.  

Entry: Cost for all spectators 11 & Up is $5 (10 & under are free). We are a cash-only entry.

Spectators: We ask that all spectators remain respectful to players, coaches, opponents, other spectators, officials, and facility staff at all times. Failure to do so may result in removal from the tournament. 

Check In: Coaches will check in with the tournament director at the end of the front desk lobby upon arrival. Coaches must have proof of current and eligible membership, along with their coaching credentials. (If you have not received your credentials yet you will need to show proof of membership, and you'll be issued a single-day credential by the tournament director) 

Coaches will need to sign and confirm that the players listed on their roster are current. If a coach needs to add a player, they will need to have the player's current HOA/USAV ID number. 

*There will be no coaches meeting following the initial check-in

In all groups 14 and younger, either the head coach or an adult assistant coach MUST be the R1. 

The 12's division teams are double officiating.  There will be assistance with officiating if needed.  

Teams will remain on the side that they begin play on for the entirety of the match unless an unfair advantage for one side is present. 

Awards: 

13's Division will have bracket play.  There will be a gold, silver, and bronze bracket.  Medals will be given to first and second in gold, and first in silver. 

12's Division will not have bracket play due to this tournament being a half day tournament.  Medals will be given to first and second place of pool play.

*QR Codes will be posted throughout the facility. Spectators can scan for access to current tournament results.
