We are thrilled to welcome your organization and spectators to another tournament season at 417 Athletics!

Schedules will be posted on HOA the Monday prior to the tournament date. It is the coaches responsibility to confirm if any changes have been made up to 5:00pm on the Friday prior to the tournament. If any changes are made after, an email and/or txt will be sent to all teams affected. 

Doors Open at 7:15am

Seating: Facility has fixed seating in bleachers, mezzanine benches and/or tables and chairs. Outside chairs are welcome, but must remain on the concrete around the court. Please keep outside chairs off the court. If bringing your own chair, please be mindful to not block any walkways. 417 Athletics staff may ask you to move accordingly. 

Concessions: NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED. Full service concession stand available on site. Cash, credit card & apple pay accepted.

Team Check-In: All coaches must check-in their team before heading to their court. Coaches will show proof of credentials (if no photo on badge, please bring photo ID), confirm and sign-off on rosters. If your team is officiating the first game, please arrive by 7:30 to ensure all players are present and ready to start warm ups on time. Schedules will be posted in paper form on the mezzanine wall. Updates will also be posted online.

Officiating/Team Benches: 

  • For 15 and older teams, a rostered Head Coach or a rostered adult Assistant Coach must be either the R1, the R2 or the Active Scorer, during their teams officiating duties.
  • For 14 and younger teams, a rostered Head Coach or rostered adult Assistant Coach must be the R1, during their teams officiating duties.
  • The only adults that can be on the bench during competition are wearing their green coaches' credentials.
  • The only parents that can help with the scorekeeping and line judging are wearing their red team volunteer membership credentials  

Facility Specific Rules

  • Teams will stay on the side they choose during the coin flip for the entire match.
  • All play must remain on the playing surface, including serving.  
  • The ball is considered "dead" and can not be played off the wall, mezzanine netting or divider curtain. 
  • If there are any issues on your court, please notify either Sydni or Kurstine at the check-in table. 

Per HOA new rules, 12 and younger Select and Combined level tournaments will be designated as Co-ed events. Boys cannot participate in 13 and older, girls' competition.
