WELCOME TO ALL COACHES, PLAYERS, AND PARENTS!

Synergy Volleyball, Lebanon, MO appreciates you choosing to attend our February Frenzy.  If you need anything while you are here please contact the site director.  She will be on site at all times.  Please do not confront anyone.  If you have any issues that need discussed, please see the site director.

Look for signs and please respect them.  No outside food and drink allowed in gyms.  Only drinks with a screw on lid are allowed for players.

FULL CONCESSION STAND WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE LEBANON MIDDLE SCHOOL, LEBANON HIGH SCHOOL and Joel E Barber.  NO COOLERS ARE ALLOWED INSIDE in any of these facilities.

THERE WILL BE A LIMITED CONCESSION AT THE FIELDHOUSE.  DRINKS AND SNACKS SHOULD BE PURCHASED AT THIS CONCESSION STAND. NO COOLERS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED INSIDE THIS FACILITY.

*         Please pick up after each match and assist us in keeping the bench areas clean.  We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

For all sites, the following applies:

Coolers and Concessions: Please see each individual facility rules below on food, drink, and coolers. Sites with concessions will have multiple lunch and breakfast options. All facilities: Only drinks with a lid will be allowed on the gym floors, NO FOOD.

A $5 admission fee will be charged for spectators, cash only at all facilities. Senior citizens ages 65 and up, military, and kids ages 10 and under will be admitted free.

There will be no coaches meeting, upon arrival coaches will need to check-in and sign their roster before playing. Parents may help shag and score keep if they have a parent membership but may not sit on the bench.

A registered coach must be the R1 for all age groups. If you have another registered coach, please have them R2 the match.

PLAYOFFS: (losing team refs following match on court). Tournament director has the right to make any changes regarding the officiating team.

Concessions:  THERE WILL BE A FULL CONCESSION STAND. NO COOLERS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED INSIDE THIS FACILITY.

Please enter this facility through the circle drive entrance, across from the football field.

Bracket with 13 teams:  All advance.

15's Division:

Lebanon Middle School:  2700 Buzz Pride Drive, Lebanon, MO 65536.  (Take South 5, pass the airport, take a right on Fremont.  LMS is about mile on the right-hand side)

T-shirts will not be sold at this facility.

Concessions:  THERE WILL BE A FULL CONCESSION STAND. NO COOLERS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED INSIDE THIS FACILITY.

Bracket play with 8 teams: All teams to bracket.  Gold and silver.

All Timed Warm-ups are 2-4-4 (2 shared, 4 minutes Serving Team; 4 minutes Receiving Team)
NO SHARED SERVING!!!

All match times are approximate. The first three matches will not start before scheduled time unless all 3 teams are there and ready to play.
After the 3rd match, next match warmups should start within 2 minutes of previous match.

All Players must complete & pay for 2024-25 HOA registration before playing.

Full day only tournament formats:

• 3 Team Pool Play: Three sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 4 Team Pool Play where all teams advance to playoffs: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 4 Team Pool Play where not all teams advance to playoffs: Three sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 5 Team Pool Play: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.

Challenge Round and Playoffs will be two out of three sets. First two set to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
Third set, if necessary will be a 15 point with no cap.
During Playoffs the losing team is required to officiate the following match.
