Welcome to Apex Pre-Season #2! 

Note: In the 15's only we will adjust the schedule! All schedule matches will begin at same time as listed below until MATCH 4! A new play schedule will be given to you at the beginning of the day to finish out the pool.

                             Just a few notes to start the year! Make sure you check back on Friday, the 10th!

We are hosting at the Clubhouse (4156 E. Kearney, Springfield, Mo.) this year again and excited to get started!

A few rules to remember!

As you come in you (Coach and players) may come in to the desk of check in to sign in right inside the doorway. Coaches must have their credentials and a picture ID to check in. All others will need to come thru payment line. Cost to enter tourney is as follows:

Parents - $5.00

Children (Under 12) $3.00

Seniors (Over 65) $2.00 

1. No food in the gym area! Please make sure that players and parents are eating in the lobby area of the building ,cleaning up and putting all trash in trash cans!

I am hoping to send a menu of items that we will have to sell before the tourney.

3. All players must have their membership and all their clinics done to play!

 Playoffs:

4 team playoff - 1st and 2nd go to Premier (Gold) playoffs.  3rd and 4th place will go to Silver playoffs.

5 team playoff - 1st and 2nd go to Premier (Gold) playoffs. 3rd and 4th place will go to Silver playoffs. 5th place will go home.

All Timed Warm-ups are 2-4-4 (2 shared, 4 minutes Serving Team; 4 minutes Receiving Team)
NO SHARED SERVING!!!

All match times are approximate. The first three matches will not start before scheduled time unless all 3 teams are there and ready to play.
After the 3rd match, next match warmups should start within 2 minutes of previous match.

All Players must complete & pay for 2024-25 HOA registration before playing.

Full day only tournament formats:

• 3 Team Pool Play: Three sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 4 Team Pool Play where all teams advance to playoffs: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 4 Team Pool Play where not all teams advance to playoffs: Three sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 5 Team Pool Play: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 6 Team Pool Play: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 7 Team Pool Play: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 9 Teams on 3 Courts: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.

Challenge Round and Playoffs will be two out of three sets. First two set to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
Third set, if necessary will be a 15 point with no cap.
During Playoffs the losing team is required to officiate the following match.
