***We will continue to keep an eye on the weather for this weekend. A decision to cancel the tournament will be made by 5:00pm or before on Friday, January 23.***

 

The tournament will be held at the Abilene Community Center, 1020 NW 8th St, Abilene

There will be no concessions. Small coolers are allowed; no crockpots or tables in the team camp area. Please keep your area clean and trash picked up.

Doors will open at 7:00am. Coaches, please check in and sign your rosters upon arrival.

Coach's meeting will be at 7:40am. Please attend.

If you are officiating or playing at 8:00, please be at your court ready to start warm-ups by 7:45am.

No drinks, snacks or extra people at the score table please.

All match times are approximate. The first three matches will not start before scheduled time unless all 3 teams are there and ready to play.
After the 3rd match, next match warmups should start within 2 minutes of previous match.

All Players must complete & pay for 2025-26 HOA registration before playing.

Tournament format:

    2 Courts - 6 Teams (Crossover, 3 Gold, 3 Silver) - Pool Play: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.

    Crossover Round and Playoffs will be two out of three sets. First two set to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
    Third set, if necessary will be a 15 point with no cap.
    During Playoffs the losing team is required to officiate the following match.
