13's and 14's  at the Salthawk Activity Center 360 W 11th - Hutchinson

12's at Prairie Hills Middle School 3200 Lucille Druve  - Hutchinson 

Coaches:  Please check in just inside the gym at the table and verify your roster before playing your first match.  Coaches meeting at 7:35. Top 3 teams from each pool go to bracket play.Credentials must be worn and visible to be on the floor.  All teams must have the rostered coach or the assistant coach as the r1.  If no compliance a 5 point penalty will be assessed to the next game played.  Top 3 teams in each poool advance to bracket play!!

No food allowed at the Salthawk Activity Center - Absolutely No coolers, wagons, crock pots, or tables.  We will have a full concession stand on site.  Cash only

Limited food and drinks may be brought in at Prairie Hills but please pick up after yourself!!

No one but coaches and players will be allowed on the gym floor so coaches please remind your athletes to have their water bottles filled and with them .   

We appreciate you being here and we ask that everyone demonstrates and practice positive Fan/Player/Coach behavior and sportsmanship at all times.  We will Not Tolerate any Negative Behavior.   No balls of any kind anywhere in the facilities but on the gym floor.  Children must sit with their parents.  Thank You.  Please leave your area clean the way you found it.  We have great facilities and we do not charge you to be there for the day so thank you for cleaning yp your area.   Everyone should be in the gym only.  Please no running around in the halls.

All Timed Warm-ups are 2-4-4 (2 shared, 4 minutes Serving Team; 4 minutes Receiving Team)

All match times are approximate. The first three matches will not start before scheduled time unless all 3 teams are there and ready to play.
After the 3rd match, next match warmups should start within 2 minutes of previous match.

All Players must complete & pay for 2024-25 HOA registration before playing.

Full day only tournament formats:

• 3 Team Pool Play: Three sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 4 Team Pool Play where all teams advance to playoffs: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 4 Team Pool Play where not all teams advance to playoffs: Three sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 5 Team Pool Play: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 6 Team Pool Play: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 7 Team Pool Play: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 9 Teams on 3 Courts: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.

Challenge Round and Playoffs will be two out of three sets. First two set to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
Third set, if necessary will be a 15 point with no cap.
During Playoffs the losing team is required to officiate the following match.
