Comments:

Missouri Western State University: 4525 Downs Dr., St Joseph, MO 64507. Gym is located in the Looney Complex and a campus map can be found online at www.missouriwestern.edu.

Outside food and drink will be allowed ONLY in designated areas, not in the arena. Items with outside heating sources like crock-pots, Foreman grills, etc are not allowed due to potential fire hazards. There will be a small concession stand with drinks and snacks.

Bleacher seating is limited on some courts, so we encourage you to bring your own chairs. We do ask that you bring a blanket or something to put underneath the chair though to protect our arena floor. No metal legs will be allowed on the floor.

Upon arrival, teams need to check in at the tournament table.

4 Team Tournament: 1 pool of 4 will play a single round robin consisting of 2 sets to 25 points starting at 4-4. All teams will advance to single elimination playoffs and awards will be given to the 1st place team.

8 team tournament: 2 pools of 4 will play a single round robin consisting of 2 sets to 25 points starting at 4-4. All teams will advance to single elimination playoffs and will be seeded and placed into a gold bracket or silver bracket based off of pool play. Awards will be given to the 1st and 2nd place teams in the gold bracket and the 1st place team in the silver bracket.

All match times are approximate. The first three matches will not start before scheduled time unless all 3 teams are there and ready to play.
After the 3rd match, next match warmups should start within 2 minutes of previous match.

All Players must complete & pay for 2025-26 HOA registration before playing.

Full day only tournament formats:

3 Team Pool Play: Three sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
4 Team Pool Play where all teams advance to playoffs: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
4 Team Pool Play where not all teams advance to playoffs: Three sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
5 Team Pool Play: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.

Challenge Round and Playoffs will be two out of three sets. First two set to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
Third set, if necessary will be a 15 point with no cap.
During Playoffs the losing team is required to officiate the following match.
