 Coaches Check In and Meeting : Upon arrival, coaches will need to check in, verify your team roster                                                                                                     before playing your first match.  We will have a coaches meeting at   7:35 at the table just inside the gym.                                                                                                   We will need a head coach or assistant coach from each team to attend the meeting. 

 Teams Advancing to Playoffs: All teams in 4 or 6 team pools will advance to bracket play.  In 5 team pools                                                                                               the top the top 4 teams in each pool will advance to bracket play.

Awards:  1st and second place winners will receive medals. WE WILL NOT CANCEL DUE TO WEATHER!

T-Shirt -Crew Necks  APPAREL / CONCESSIONS:  Will be on sale.  CASH Only!!  Please limit outside food to snacks as we have a full concessions.

Amazing Facilities: We are very fortunate to get to use the Salthawk Activity Center.  Please keep it                                                                                                      clean and keep your area and your team area picked up.  Team can set up "camp"areas upstairs. We will use                                                                                            the EAST SIDE of the facility only. Fold up chairs may be used upstairs only.  We are privileged guests at this                                                                                      facility and with your help - we will be able to continue using this awesome facility.  Please pick up after yourself.

Credentials:  Must be worn and visible at all times.  To be on the bench you must have a green coaching credential                                                                           or a blue Junior Assistant Credential.  Parents/adults may only help shag and score keep if they have a red parent                                                                          credential but may not sit on the team bench.

Tournament Officiating Responsibility: For U 14 and younger teams, a coach must be the R1.  For U15 and                                                                                older teams, either the rostered Coach or Assistant Coach Must be the R1, R2, or Scorer for the entire match.                                                                        Failure to comply will result in a 5 point per set penalty to be assessed on each set in the team's next match - no exceptions.
