WELCOME to our Slammin' With Santa tournament we are hosting Saturday, December 21st at the Wichita Sports Forum.

The Forum is located in the Greenwich Shopping Center 2668 N Greenwich Rd in Wichita. 

Doors will open at 7:00am. The Concession will be open with Coffee waiting for you.  Please let your families know that they may only bring in LIMITED food and drink in their personal book bags.  Large Coolers, wagons and tables willl NOT be allowed in the building.  There is  FULL concession available throughout the day.  We have a Coaches room this season located in a party room along the wall past the bathrooms, Coaches please check it out for hydration and snacks.  

There will NOT be a coaches meeting prior the first captain's meeting.  Please have your officiating teams courtside by 7:45 to call for captains and get everything started by 8:00 sharp.  

There will be a $5 Spectator fee collected at the entrance, please let all of your families know so they are not surprised when showing up with their daughters.  Coaches please check rosters and sign in prior to going to your court.  PLease check paperwork on the wall to make sure there were no last minute court changes.  Please have your lanyards visible upon checking in.   

This Tournament is our Annual holiday tournament with Santa.  Santa and Mrs Claus will be making an appearance mid morning and leave shortly after noon.  They will walk around handing out candy canes and stop to take pictures with teams (we will stop play for a quick minute to take team pictures at the net if you would like pictures then move on.

******  We have a Raffle Table of Gifts we will be drawing names and posting the winning names before bracket play.  Anyone bringing with them canned food, diapers, wipes, gloves, scarves, hats etc for the underprivlidged will receive a raffle ticket to put in the box of their choice for the drawing.  Raffle tickets will be available for purchase.  

****** We will be awarding gifts for the top (3) best holiday dressed teams and top (3) best holiday dressed coaches.  Have your families grab and fill out a voiting form to vote for their favorite before the start of bracket play.  We will be awarding prizes mid afternoon. 

****** Clifton Collective will have a Permanent Jewlery/Charm Bar set up, making jewlery for personal or Christmas gifts during the day.

BRACKET PLAY ~ 

18's Have (7) Teams not. The top 6 teams will advance to bracket play.  12's the Top (6) teams will advance to bracket play.  All other divisions All teams will advance to bracket play following pool play. 

WARM UP ~ 

Warm up will be 2 min shared, 4 min serving team, 4 min receiving team prior to each team's first pool play games.  Following the first games warm up will be reduced to 1-3-3.  Please talk it over amongst you coaches if you are needing addition time or would like to eliminate your warm up if you have played all day and don't need more warm up time.  The warm up stop watch should be started as soon as the teams have entered the court to warm up, not after the captain's meeting.

All match times are approximate. The first three matches will not start before scheduled time unless all 3 teams are there and ready to play.
After the 3rd match, next match warmups should start within 2 minutes of previous match.

All Players must complete & pay for 2024-25 HOA registration before playing.

Full day only tournament formats:

• 3 Team Pool Play: Three sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 4 Team Pool Play where all teams advance to playoffs: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 4 Team Pool Play where not all teams advance to playoffs: Three sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 5 Team Pool Play: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 6 Team Pool Play: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 7 Team Pool Play: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 9 Teams on 3 Courts: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.

Challenge Round and Playoffs will be two out of three sets. First two set to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
Third set, if necessary will be a 15 point with no cap.
During Playoffs the losing team is required to officiate the following match.
