WELCOME to our WINTER WARMUP tournament we are hosting at the Wichita Sports Forum located at 2668 N Greenwich Rd, in the Greenwich Shopping Center.

Please check back the week of December 14th for any schedule changes!!!  We will NOT cancel due to weather. 

Doors will be open at 7:00am with a full concession open for our spectators to grab a cup of coffee and small breakfast.  There will be a $5 Spectator fee collected at the court entrance.  $ will be returned to those who purchase a day jump pass wrist band once the jump park opens up. 

Full Concession will be run throughout the day.  Ask at the Front Desk about the All Day Jump Pass.

NO Big Rolling Coolers of Food and Drink will be allowed in the facility....you May bring in snacks and drink in your player's personal book bag... we want your players to stay hydrated and nourished through out the day, but the banquet spreads will not be allowed due to lack of space and personnel left to clean up after everyone.  Please be considerate of those trying to abide by the facilities requests.  You may bring a bag chair for personal seating.  Upstairs teams must camp in the middle...the outsides facing the courts will be left for spectator's chairs. 

Awards will be given to 1st and 2nd place in all Gold divisions with 1st place only for the Silver Bracket winner.  Divisions with only (4) teams will have 1st and 2nd place awards only.  There will a guarantee of (4) matches in the day.  A single elimination bracket will be played following pool play.   

There will be NO Coaches meeting prior to the first round of pool play. 

Please have all first round teams courtside and ready for the flip of a coin by 7:45 with the first serve being served by 8:00am.  Please keep transition flow between sets and matches moving.  The call for the next captain meeting should be courtside immediatly following the hand shake of the previous match, do not wait, blow the whistle to call captains to the table and start the next matches warm up promptly ~ per the HOA GUIDELINES.  Thank you for assisting in this to get your families back on the road at a decent time at the end of the day. 

Please have someone from your officiating team run to the front your scoresheets; This aids in the flow of the tournament.  Thank you!!!

Court Assignments:

11's (8) teams will be played on courts 1 and 2.  All teams will advance to a single elimination bracket play following pool play. 

Court 3 will be for officiating and spectators to sit 

12's (7) teams (for now) hoping for one more team ~ will be played on courts 4 and 5.

Court 6 will be for officiating and spectators to sit

13's (7) teams (for now) hoping for one more team ~ will be played on courts 7 and 8.

Court 9 will be for officiating and spectators to sit 

14's (4) teams will be played on court 10.  All teams will advance to a single elimination bracket play following pool play. 

15's (9) teams will be played on courts 12,  13 and 14. Each team will play one round of Pool Play, playing (2) sets only to 25 points startting 4 vs 4. The teams will be reseeded from their win/loss records from the first round and put into a second round of pool play to be played the same way the first round was played. From the second round of pool play the teams will then be seeded into a single elimination bracket play with the top 8 teams. The 9th place team will not stay for bracket play.  

16's (4) teams will be played on court 11 ~ All teams will advance to a single elimination bracket play following pool play.

All Timed Warm-ups are 2-4-4 (2 shared, 4 minutes Serving Team; 4 minutes Receiving Team)

All match times are approximate. The first three matches will not start before scheduled time unless all 3 teams are there and ready to play.
After the 3rd match, next match warmups should start within 2 minutes of previous match.

All Players must complete & pay for 2025-26 HOA registration before playing.

Full day only tournament formats:

• 3 Team Pool Play: Three sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 4 Team Pool Play where all teams advance to playoffs: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 4 Team Pool Play where not all teams advance to playoffs: Three sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 5 Team Pool Play: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.

Challenge Round and Playoffs will be two out of three sets. First two set to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
Third set, if necessary will be a 15 point with no cap.
During Playoffs the losing team is required to officiate the following match.
