Happy New Year ~ We look forward to hosting your teams and families at the Wichita Hoops facility on Saturday January 6th.  Wichita Hoops is located at 5260 Toler Dr. Bel Aire in the far Northeast corner of Wichita close to Webb and Hwy 254.  

Doors will open no earlier than 7:00am to find courts and set up team camps. There will Not be a Coaches meeting prior to start of Pool Play.  Please have your teams court side and ready to call for captains at 7:40 with the start of warmups at 7:45.  Each pool play call for captains should be immediately following the win of the pool play match ahead of your officiating assignment.  Shared Warm Up does NOT start at the conclusion on the captains meeting, but as soon as captains are called.  The timer should begin at the call for captains as per the HOA guidelines to keep your court moving appropriately.

Coaches should check teams in at the sign in tables at either the West or South entrances.  Please be able to show credentials and have their "green" credentials visable throughout the day.  

All teams will advance to Tournament Bracket in pools of (3 and 4) ~ 5 team pool just the top 3 taems will advance to tourament bracket play.

There will be a $5 Spectator Fee collected at both check in sites.  You may bring in bag chairs and limited food and drink for the day.  Limited bleachers will be provided as well as a concession at the West and Center halls.  Tournament shirts will be for sale.  

We will not Cancel due to weather so plan accordingly.  Parking ~ You may park in the frozen fields on the West and South sides of the building.

All match times are approximate. The first three matches will not start before scheduled time unless all 3 teams are there and ready to play.
After the 3rd match, next match warmups should start within 2 minutes of previous match.

All Players must complete & pay for 2023-24 HOA registration before playing.

• 3 Team Pool Play: Three sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 4 Team Pool Play where all teams advance to playoffs: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 4 Team Pool Play where not all teams advance to playoffs: Three sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 5 Team Pool Play: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 6 Team Pool Play: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 7 Team Pool Play: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 9 Teams on 3 Courts: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.

Challenge Round and Playoffs will be two out of three sets. First two set to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
Third set, if necessary will be a 15 point with no cap.
During Playoffs the losing team is required to officiate the following match.
