Welcome to the Presidents Day Tournament

We are hosting at the Wichita Sports Forum in the Greenwich Shopping Center.  The Forum is located at 2668 N. Greenwich Ct in the Greenwich Shopping Center.  There is shopping, food and lodging close to the Forum along with Dave and Busters.  Aviate Jump park is located in the Forum and offers an all day jump discount for our families coming to our volleyball tournament.  If interested please ask at the front desk or concession stand.

There is a $5 Spectator Fee that will be collected at the entrance to the tournament.  Coaches, please have your lanyard visible so they won't ask for you to pay as you come to the check in table. 

You may bring in limited food and drink for the day as well as personal seating.  There is a full concession open at 7:00am and limited bleacher seating at each courtside.

There will be NO Coaches meeting prior to pool play beginning.  The doors will be open at 7:00am.  First teams, please have your teams courtside ready to call for captains by 7:40am. 

ALL OFFICIATING TEAMS:   PLeae have one of your players or coaches run your scoresheet to the sign in table at the conclusion of your officiating duties.  This will keep the day moving at a better pace.  There will be an assigned basket to place all scoresheets.  Thank you for helping us with the running of scoresheets.  

****Warm up timer MUST start the 2 minute shared time at the conclusion of the previous match and both teams have taken the court. NOT afte the captains meeting.  The only person missing the shared passing are the captains.  Following the first round of pool play for everyone, please lower the warm up time to 1-3-3 on all courts.

All match times are approximate. The first three matches will not start before scheduled time unless all 3 teams are there and ready to play.
After the 3rd match, next match warmups should start within 2 minutes of previous match.

All Players must complete & pay for 2023-24 HOA registration before playing.

Full day only tournament formats:

• 3 Team Pool Play: Three sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 4 Team Pool Play where all teams advance to playoffs: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 4 Team Pool Play where not all teams advance to playoffs: Three sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 5 Team Pool Play: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 6 Team Pool Play: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 7 Team Pool Play: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 9 Teams on 3 Courts: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.

Challenge Round and Playoffs will be two out of three sets. First two set to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
Third set, if necessary will be a 15 point with no cap.
During Playoffs the losing team is required to officiate the following match.
