WELCOME To the Wichita Sports Forum nestled in the Greenwich Shopping Center at 2668 N Greenwich Road.

Doors will open at 7:00am.  Coffee will be hot and ready if you didn't get a chance to stop before coming in. 

The following divisions will be competing Sunday March 3rd at the Sports Forum: 

11's will be on courts 1 and 2 ~ The top (4) teams in both pools will advance to bracket play following pool play.  Warm up is 2-4-4-until after everyone has had a chance to play one round of pool play then please lessen the warm up time to 1-3-3.  The timing stopwatch will start timing as soon as your officiating team has taken to the score table.  The only players not getting a full warm up is the captain who is calling for serve/side. 

12's will be on courts 3 and 4 with all teams advancings to bracket play following pool play.  Please lessen the 2-4-4 to 1-3-3 as soon as everyone has had a chance to play one round of pool play. 

13's will be played on courts 7 & 8  All teams will advance to a Gold and Silver Bracket following pool play.  Please lesson your warm up from 2-4-4 to 1-3-3 after everyone has had a chance to play one round of pool play. 

14's will play on court 14.  Top 3 teams will advance to bracket play following pool play.  Please lesson your warm up time from 2-4-4- to 1-3-3 after everyone has had the opportunity to play one round of pool play.  Please have your team courtside ready to play and officiate so others won't have to wait on your team.  

16's will be (7) teams played on courts 5 & 6.  The top 6 teams will advance to bracket play following pool play.  Please lessen your warm up time from 2-4-4 to 1-3-3 after everyone has had an opportunity to play one round of pool play. 

17's with 12 teams will play on courts 11, 12, & 13.  All teams will advance to bracket play following pool play.  Please lessen your warm up time from 2-4-4 to 1-3-3 after everyone has had an opportunity to play one round of pool play.  

18's will be played on courts 9 & 10 at the end of the facility.  All teams will advance to bracket play following pool play.  Please lessen your warm up time from 2-4-4 to 1-3-3 after everyone has had the opportunity to play one round of pool play.  

OFFICIATING Teams ~ Please run the finished scoresheet to the check in table when your officiating assignment is finished.  This small change has lessened our day.  Thank you for this help!!! :-) 

*****  You may bring in limited food and drink for the day.  There will be a full concession available from 7:00am on.  You may bring your own seating, there will be limited bleacher seating provided as well.  Your personal chairs may sit in front of the bleachers up to the thick black line.  You may also sit along the back wall on the corners of the courts leaving the middle behind the court open for players who need to go to the wall to serve.  

There will be a Spectator Fee of $5 collected at the entance to the tournament.  The facility also offers a discounted day rate for their jump park should you have younger siblings wanting something to do during the long day. 

Coaches, please have your credential visible so you won't be asked to pay a spectator fee.  please remember to stop at the check in table and sign your rosters and make any changes to the rosters you need to make.
