WELCOME ~ March Madness II hosted at the Wichita Sports Forum located in the Greenwich Shopping Center.  2668 N Greenwich Rd.

Doors will open at 7:00am with the concession stand open at 7:00 for your coffee fix. 

**  There will be a $5 Spectator Fee collected at the front for Spectators age 5 and older.  Cash and Venmo accepted as payment.  Coaches please come prepared to check in with your lanyards visible.  Please check your rosters and sign them before going to your courts. 

**  You may bring in limited food, however there will be a full concession open through out the day.  You may bring in you own seating or sit in the bleachers provided courtside.  Spectators may sit on the courts that are not being used between the playing courts. 

Aviate Jump Park will be open at 11:00am and offering a day rate if you have any younger siblings who would like to jump through out the day instead of watch volleyball all day.  Please request information at the concession stand or main front entrance. 

OFFICIATING TEAMS ~ Please run your finished score sheet to the check in table so scores may be added to the wall in a timely manner to prepare for bracket play. 

WARM UP TIMES ~  Please lower your warm up time from 2-4-4 to 1-3-3 after everyone has had the chance to play one round of pool play.  Please be on time for your officiating duties.  ALL Teams must have their coach work either R1 R2 or Score Book. No Exceptions.

If the Coach is the R1 and you do not have another coach to help with the score table, you may want to ask one of your parents to stand behind the scoretable to keep everyone on track with the scorekeeping ~

NO CELL PHONES WILL BE ALLOWED AT THE SCORE TABLE.  NO EXCEPTIONS! 

Tournament Format: 

 14's with (4) teams will be played on court 3.  All teams will advance to bracket play following pool play.

15's with (4) Teams will be played on court 14.  All teams will advance to bracket play following pool play.  

16's (4) Teams will be played on court 11.  All teams will advance to bracket play following pool play.  

18's with (7) Teams will be played on courts 12 and 13.  The top 6 teams will advance to bracket play following pool play.

All match times are approximate. The first three matches will not start before scheduled time unless all 3 teams are there and ready to play.
After the 3rd match, next match warmups should start within 2 minutes of previous match.

All Players must complete & pay for 2023-24 HOA registration before playing.

Full day only tournament formats:

• 3 Team Pool Play: Three sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 4 Team Pool Play where all teams advance to playoffs: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 4 Team Pool Play where not all teams advance to playoffs: Three sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 5 Team Pool Play: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 6 Team Pool Play: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 7 Team Pool Play: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 9 Teams on 3 Courts: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.

Challenge Round and Playoffs will be two out of three sets. First two set to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
Third set, if necessary will be a 15 point with no cap.
During Playoffs the losing team is required to officiate the following match.
