WELCOME ~ St Patty's Day Spike Fest at the Wichita Sports Forum.  The Forum is located in the Greenwich Shopping Center 2668 N Greenwich Ct.  There is plenty of food and hotels in this area.  

Doors will open at 7:00am.  The concession will be open at 7:00am with Coffee if you didn't grab any before you came in. 

**  There will be a $5 Spectator Fee collected at the front for Spectators age 5 and older.  Cash and Venmo accepted as payment.  Coaches please come prepared to check in with your lanyards visible.  Please check your rosters and sign them before going to your courts. 

**  You may bring in limited food, however there will be a full concession open through out the day.  You may bring in you own seating or sit in the bleachers provided courtside.  Please be respectful of all families wishing to watch their players and move from the front when your daughters are not playing so other parents and grandparents may watch their daughters.  You may sit on the wall side where the score tables are, please leave the middle of the wall for any servers who need to go to the wall to serve.  

AVIATE at the Forum does offer a day pass for our volleyball families for their jump park.  PLease inquire at the concession or front desk of the Forum and they will answer any of your questions.   

OFFICIATING TEAMS ~ Please run your finished score sheet to the check in table so scores may be added to the wall in a timely manner to prepare for bracket play. 

WARM UP TIMES ~  Please lower your warm up time from 2-4-4 to 1-3-3 after everyone has had the chance to play one round of pool play.  Please be on time for your officiating duties.  ALL Teams must have their coach work either R1 R2 or Score Book. No Exceptions.

YOUNGER TEAMS ~ If the Coach is the R1 and you do not have another coach to help with the score table, please ask one of your parents to stand behind the scoretable to keep everyone on track with the scorekeeping ~

NO CELL PHONES WILL BE ALLOWED AT THE SCORE TABLE.  NO EXCEPTIONS! 

Tournament Format ~

11's (6) Teams will be played on courts 4 & 5. Round 1 of Pool play will be (2) sets to 25 starting 4v4. Crossover Pool Play will follow playing best two out of three sets to 25 start 4v4. All teams will advance to bracket play following crossover and the bracket will be seeded from the crossover play only.  

12's (5) Teams will be played on court 1.  Top three teams will advance to bracket play following pool play.  We will try to move one of your last pool play sets to another court later in the day with an outside officiating team officiating this pool play for us.  Please move to 1-3-3 following everyone playing one round of pool play to speed your day along.  

13's (4) Teams will be played on court 6.  All teams advance to bracket play following pool play.  

14's (6) Teams will be played on courts 7 & 8.  Round 1 of Pool play will be (2) sets to 25 starting 4v4. Crossover Pool Play will follow playing best two out of three sets to 25 start 4v4. All teams will advance to bracket play following crossover and the bracket will be seeded from the crossover play only.  

15's (4) Teams will be played on court 10.  All teams advance to bracket play following pool play.  

16's (4) Teams will be played on court 9.  All teams advance to bracket play following pool play.  

17's (10) Teams will be played on courts 11, 12, 13.  The top 3 teams from each pool will advance to bracket play following pool play.  

18's (8) Teams will be played on courts 14 and 2.  All teams will advance to bracket play following pool play.  

The Sports Forum does offer a day rate for their jump park should any of your family members like to jump during the long day of volleyball.  Please check at the concession stand or front desk for details.

All match times are approximate. The first three matches will not start before scheduled time unless all 3 teams are there and ready to play.
After the 3rd match, next match warmups should start within 2 minutes of previous match.

All Players must complete & pay for 2023-24 HOA registration before playing.

Full day only tournament formats:

• 3 Team Pool Play: Three sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 4 Team Pool Play where all teams advance to playoffs: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 4 Team Pool Play where not all teams advance to playoffs: Three sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 5 Team Pool Play: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 6 Team Pool Play: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 7 Team Pool Play: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 9 Teams on 3 Courts: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.

Challenge Round and Playoffs will be two out of three sets. First two set to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
Third set, if necessary will be a 15 point with no cap.
During Playoffs the losing team is required to officiate the following match.
