HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! We look forward to hosting your teams and families Sunday, Jan 4th at the Wichita Sports Forum located in the Greenwich Shopping Center 2668 N Greenwich Rd. 

Doors will open at 7:00am for you to come in and set up for the day.  Concessions will be open and ready with coffee. 

There will be a Spectator Fee of $5 collected at the entrance of the tournament  

We will have a Coaches Hospitality room set up in Party Room 3 for all coaches to come in and grab a snack or sit and rest. 

Please keep your courts moving through their transitions between sets and matches to keep the day flowing for an early finish for our parents to get back on the road.

Please have one player from the officiating table run the finished score sheet to the front table after your officiating assignment is complete.  Please have your teams use the LABLED score sheets we will provide for pool play ~ you will be responsible for filling out the top portion for the second round of pool play (6 team pool only) and bracket play.  

Limited food and drink will be allowed in personal book bags.  Please NO wheeling coolers, cases of drinks and cases of food for food spreads.  You may bring in your own personal seating for the day....limited bleachers will be court side.  You may set up chairs on the courts that are not being used between courts. 

Please check your schedules once again on Friday to make sure no changes have been made and let your families know so there will be no surprises when they come to the facility.

All Timed Warm-ups are 2-4-4 (2 shared, 4 minutes Serving Team; 4 minutes Receiving Team)

All match times are approximate. The first three matches will not start before scheduled time unless all 3 teams are there and ready to play.
After the 3rd match, next match warmups should start within 2 minutes of previous match.

All Players must complete & pay for 2025-26 HOA registration before playing.

Tournament format:

2 Courts - 6 Teams (Crossover, 3 Gold, 3 Silver) - Pool Play: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.

Crossover Round and Playoffs will be two out of three sets. First two set to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
Third set, if necessary will be a 15 point with no cap.
During Playoffs the losing team is required to officiate the following match.
