TOURNAMENT IS CANCELLED DUE TO BLIZZARD WARNINGS!!!! SO SORRY FOR THE INCINVENIENCE

New Year Spikefest II will be hosted at the Wichita Sports Forum in the Greenwich Shopping Center located at 2668 N Greenwich Rd. Wichita. 

The Doors will be open at 7:00am with fresh hot coffee ready for you!

There will be a $5 spectator fee collected at the door 

Coaches ~ please come to the coaches table to look over and sign your rosters.  PLease have your officiating lanyards visable throughout the day for our staff.   There will be a coaches room in Party room 4 along the wall past the bathrooms for you to grab and go drinks and food to bypass the concession line.

There will be NO coaches meeting to start your day, please have your officiating teams courtside ready to call for captains by 7:45 to keep our day on schedule. 

Families ~ There will be a full concession with hot and cold food and drinks for you through out the day.  You may bring in limited food and drink in your personal bags. Please no large rolling coolers, wagons or cases for food and drink as we may ask you to take back to your cars.  We try to support the Forum and their concessions as much as possible since they work hard to accomodate our needs during the day.  Thank you.  There will be limited bleacher seating provided at each courtside. YOu may bring in your own comfy seating for your day in the gym if you prefer....please be respectful of those around you as you choose your team's area. 

COURT ASSIGNMENTS have CHANGED:

12's will be on court (1) with (4) teams.  All teams will advance to tournament play following pool play.

13's will be on court (9) with (4) teams.  All teams will advance to tournament play following pool play.

14's will be played on two courts, (3 and 4) with (7) teams.  The top (6) teams will advance to tournament play with the 7th place team eliminated.  1st and 2nd will be awarded in the Gold bracket with 1st awarded in the Silver bracket following pool play.

15's will be played across two courts with (7) teams played on courts (6 and 7)  The top (6) teams will advance to tournament play with the 7th place team eliminated.  1st and 2nd will be awarded in the Gold bracket with 1st place awarded in the Silver.

17's Division will be played on court 11 with (5) teams.  Top (3) Teams will advance to bracket play following pool play.  Please keep the warm up times to 1-3-3 to keep the day moving and families back on the road home.  1st and 2nd will be awarded medals at the conclusion. 

18's Division now has (7) teams and will be played across three courts.  Courts (13 & 14) ~ Top (6) teams will advance to bracket play.  7th place team will be eliminated.

All Timed Warm-ups are 2-4-4 (2 shared, 4 minutes Serving Team; 4 minutes Receiving Team)

All match times are approximate. The first three matches will not start before scheduled time unless all 3 teams are there and ready to play.
After the 3rd match, next match warmups should start within 2 minutes of previous match.

All Players must complete & pay for 2024-25 HOA registration before playing.

Tournament format:

2 Courts - 7 Teams (6 Gold) - Pool Play: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.

Playoffs will be two out of three sets. First two set to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
Third set, if necessary will be a 15 point with no cap.
During Playoffs the losing team is required to officiate the following match.
