WELCOME to our January Volley Jam, Sunday, January 12th at the Wichita Sports Forum.  The Forum is located in the Greenwich Shopping Center 2668 N Greenwich Rd 

The doors will open at 7:00am.  There is a $5 Spectator Fee.... Limited Food and Drink is allowed with an exception of large rolling coolers, cases of drinks and food and wagons.  You may be asked to return your large items to your cars as there will not be enough room for a large spread. 

**** There will be limited bleacher space courtside each court.  You may bring in your own personal seating for your comfort.  

***** There will be a full concession available starting at 7:00am with coffee and breakfast items.  There will be a Coaches Room in Party Room 4 for our coaches to grab and go since they have little time. 

Coaches ~ Please come to the sign in table to look over your rosters and sign.  Please have your lanyard visible throughout the day.  Please rememeber that you are responsible for the RI officiating duties if you coach 14's on down.  15's older a Coach is responsible to work (1) of the officiating duties; RI. RII or the Score Sheet. 

There will NOT be a coaches meeting prior to pool play so please have your teams courtside and ready to call for captains by 7:45 for an 8:00am start.

WARM UP: 

Warm up is 2 minutes shared warm up followed by 4 minutes each individual team warm up starting with the serving team.  After every team has played one round of pool play, please drop your warm up to 1-3-3 for a quicker day.  You may decide to forfeit your warm up or lessen it later in the day. 

Everyone advances to pool play Gold and/or Silver with the exception of the 14's....the top 3 will advance to bracket play for the 14's.

All match times are approximate. The first three matches will not start before scheduled time unless all 3 teams are there and ready to play.
After the 3rd match, next match warmups should start within 2 minutes of previous match.

All Players must complete & pay for 2024-25 HOA registration before playing.

Full day only tournament formats:

• 3 Team Pool Play: Three sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 4 Team Pool Play where all teams advance to playoffs: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 4 Team Pool Play where not all teams advance to playoffs: Three sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 5 Team Pool Play: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 6 Team Pool Play: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 7 Team Pool Play: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 9 Teams on 3 Courts: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.

Challenge Round and Playoffs will be two out of three sets. First two set to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
Third set, if necessary will be a 15 point with no cap.
During Playoffs the losing team is required to officiate the following match.
