WELCOME to our Birthday Bash ~ Please wish a Happy Birthday to our Junior Director Abigail  and our Event, Maintenance Coordinator Will.  We celebrate them this day by hosting an awesome volleyball tournament!!!! 

We are hosting this Sunday at the Wichita Sports Forum located in the Greenwich Shopping Center off Greenwich Road and Hwy 96 East. 

Doors will open at 7:00am.  If you come early please wait in the lobby as we need our full hour to set up your courts and facility ready for your teams and families. Coaches and players please bypass the $5 check in area for spectators and come to our check in table for coaches to check rosters, show credentials and get last minute tournament information.  

There will be a Coaches room availabe in Party room 1 for our coaches to avoid the lines at the concession stand.  There will be a full concession open at 7:00am.  There are multiple food establishments close by if you chose to leave for a minute.  Limited food is allowed in personal bookbags or small backpack coolers.  NO large coolers, wagons for food, tables or electronics for food will be allowed in the faciility and may be asked to be taken back to the parent's cars.  Thank you for respecting the Sports Forum's flexible food policy for our volleyball tournaments. 

***** The Jump Park Aviate will offer a day pass for our families attending our tournaments....please ask at the front desk or concession stand for information.

COACHES:  There will be NO Coaches meeting.  Please go to your courts to get ready for the day.  If all teams are courtside in good time to start the day, you may begin your courts early and not wait until 8:00am.  All courts need to be calling for captains by 7:45 and start their court no later than 8:00am.   

*****  Please have your officiating teams run their finished scoresheets to the front table at the conclusion of every pool/bracket match....we are finding this speeds up our day a ton!  Thank you for this!

Medals will be given 1st and 2nd Place for the Gold Bracket with 1st Place for Silver and Bronze brackets.

All match times are approximate. The first three matches will not start before scheduled time unless all 3 teams are there and ready to play.
After the 3rd match, next match warmups should start within 2 minutes of previous match.

All Players must complete & pay for 2024-25 HOA registration before playing.

• 3 Team Pool Play: Three sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 4 Team Pool Play where all teams advance to playoffs: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 4 Team Pool Play where not all teams advance to playoffs: Three sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 5 Team Pool Play: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 6 Team Pool Play: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 7 Team Pool Play: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 9 Teams on 3 Courts: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.

Challenge Round and Playoffs will be two out of three sets. First two set to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
Third set, if necessary will be a 15 point with no cap.
During Playoffs the losing team is required to officiate the following match.
