WELCOME to our February Volleyball Fiesta hosted at the Wichita Sports Forum  ~ SUPER BOWL SUNDAY!!!!

The Sports Forum is located in the Greenwich Shopping Center 2668 N Greenwich Road in the far South East corner of Wichita.

***. The faciity will open at 7:00 for an 8:00 start time. You may start your court earlier if all teams are courtside ready to start.  2nd round teams may want to come a little early in case your court decided to start early.  This is not necessarry, we will abide by the HOA times for the first two rounds if teams are not at the court ready to go.  

***. It should be an early finish to our day with the schedule we have for this Sunday for those of you hoping to make it to your favorite Sunday Funday spot to watch the Super Bowl.  

***. All Divisions will advance All teams to Bracket Play following pool play to get the minimum (4) matches in for each team.   

***. 1st and 2nd Place awards will be given out to the 1st two places for the Gold Division with 1st Place given to the Silver and the Bronze in the 12 team division. 

***. There is a $5 Spectator Fee as well asTh e Sports Forum offers a daily jump pass for their Aviate Jump Park to our families, please inquire at the concession stand or front desk.  Jumpers will not be charged the spectator fee to enter the tournament as long as they show their wrist band.

Tournament Tees will be available for sale.

Coaches, please have your credentials visible at all times.  Please stop at the check in table to review your roster, sign and date them.  There will be NO Coaches meeting....please start as soon as everyone is courtside...no later than 7:45 for a start time of 8:00am unless you all choose to start earlier ~ you may.

We will have a Coaches room available in Party Room #1 .  Please get away for a minute and grab a snack or bottle of water or just get off your feet before you have to go back to the court.  

Outside FOOD and DRINK ~ Some changes have been made within the faciliity due to spectators not abinding by the food and drink policies the Forum has allowed us to follow for our volleyball tournaments.  The Sports Forum has a strick NO Food and Drink policy as posted on their front doors, however they have allowed our families to bring in LIMITED food and drink in personal back packs or back pack coolers as stated in our tournament information every week.  Teams have taken advantage of the Sports Forum's kindness and have continued to bring in wagons full of  food and drink for their team.  We very much understand, and also experience the long day in the gym.  We also understand the memories your families are wanting to create for their players. We have gone to battle for you to allow the limited food and drink policy, but due to the excessive amounts of food and drink still being brought into the facility some changes have been made.  

(1)  NO wagons will be allowed in the facility at all. 

(2) NO cases of drinks, chips, bagels, sandwiches etc.....only in the players BOOKBAG will the food be allowed in. 

(3) NO Tables, CrockPot or other electronic food devices will be allowed in the building. 

(4) NO Rolling Coolers at all, Big or Small will be allowed in the facility.  BOOKBAGS only please and thank you.  

You May leave the facility and return with food and/or drink from a restaurant close by if you choose not to buy from the concession stand, however, NO Boxes of Pizza, or Large bags of sandwiches and chips ec. will be allowed in the facility.

We don't want to be the food police, we just want to respect the facility and support the cocession stand being provided for us.  We have had such an awesome season watch amazing volleyball with little down time.  Please do pack in your player bag/back pack cooler your fruit, snacks, drinks etc. that you will want to grab and go throughout the day.

All Timed Warm-ups are 2-4-4 (2 shared, 4 minutes Serving Team; 4 minutes Receiving Team)
NO SHARED SERVING!!!

All match times are approximate. The first three matches will not start before scheduled time unless all 3 teams are there and ready to play.
After the 3rd match, next match warmups should start within 2 minutes of previous match.

All Players must complete & pay for 2024-25 HOA registration before playing.

Full day only tournament formats:

• 3 Team Pool Play: Three sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 4 Team Pool Play where all teams advance to playoffs: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 4 Team Pool Play where not all teams advance to playoffs: Three sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 5 Team Pool Play: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 6 Team Pool Play: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 7 Team Pool Play: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
• 9 Teams on 3 Courts: Two sets to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.

Challenge Round and Playoffs will be two out of three sets. First two set to 25. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
Third set, if necessary will be a 15 point with no cap.
During Playoffs the losing team is required to officiate the following match.
