WELCOME to our Volley Break Tournament we are hosting at the Wichita Sports Forum ( 15's and 16's age Divisions and Wichita Hoops the Edge (13's, 14's, 17's and 18's Divisions) Sunday, March 22nd.. The Forum is located in the Greenwich Shopping Center at 2668 N. Greenwich, Wichita Hoops the Edge is located a couple of miles from the Sports Forum off Webb Road and Hwy 254.  The address for the Edge is 5260 Toler Dr, Bel Aire KS in the farthest NE corner of Wichita.

Doors will open at 7:00am.

There is a $5 Spectator Fee collected at the tournament entrance.  The Forum has a jump park just inside offering a daily pass if siblngs would like to spend the day jumping.  The $5 tournament entrance fee is waived for the jumper with a wrist band.  

Coaches, please walk around to the check in table to check in.  There will be NO Coaches meeting so once  the first teams are courtside, they may start!  Please Do NOT wait umtil 8:00 to start if all teams are courtside.  This will aid in an early end to your day.  We will not start the second round of pool play if all teams are not present until they are required to start at 8:50.  If teams are there, please keep the pool going.  13's will call for captains and blow the whistle for the first pool play serve at 7:30am....please plan accordingly.  This will make an earlier day.  Thank you!!!

Warm up is 2-4-4 ~ Coaches who are coaching 14 years on up need to be present to work as the RI, RII or primary scorekeeper during your team's officiating duties.  Please keep the warmups limited to the specified times especially late in the day after everyone has already played and warmed up multiple times.  Your warm up time WILL reduce to 1-3-3 after all teams have played one round of pool play. Your stop watch will begin warm ups at the whistle for the captain's meeting, NOT after the captains meet per HOA.  Please have your credentials showing at all times..... If you do not have credentials, please get a temporary badge upon checking in. 

 ** Please have your officiating team run their finished score sheet to the main table as soon as their officiating assignment is complete even during bracket play.  If your players are busy, please have a parent run them so we can keep the paperwork caught up and ready for medals at the end of the day.  

 There will be a coaches hospitality room for this tournament.

FOOD/DRINK  ~ Only LImited Food and Drink will be allowed in the players Book Bags or carry bags.  NO coolers or wagons will be allowed in the facility.  There will be a full concession open at 7:00am ~ There are plenty of eating options within the shopping center as well. There is also a LaQuinta in the parking lot of the Forum if you find that convenient to stay and walk over in the morning. 

CHAIRS ~ There is limited beacher seating at all courts.  You are welcome to bring your own bag seats for your comfort throughout the day.
